  • Olaoluwa Dada, Chief Community Officer: Laolu, will be the dynamic force behind our community initiatives. She has significantly influenced the tech landscape through her advocacy for diversity and inclusion, leading initiatives that have empowered hundreds of black women across the UK. Under her guidance, Niyo has built a community of over 7,000 women and launched the UK's first Tech Bootcamp specifically for black women. Laolu's efforts have expanded Niyo Bootcamps from 50 to over 600 participants in just three years. She challenges norms and fosters an environment where women can excel in technology.
  • Sidi Saccoh, Chief Operating Officer: Sidi Saccoh, a master of operations and strategy, has left an indelible mark on the global stage through his entrepreneurial spirit and adept project management. His forward-thinking approach is set to streamline our operations, fostering an environment of efficiency and seamless integration of our diverse projects. He has worked with and supported renowned organisations such as Seedstars, AstroLabs, World Bank, and many more across Africa, The Middle East and Europe.
  • Steve Gore, Chief Financial Officer: An expert in financial strategy, Steve Gore's journey from Deloitte to leading financial innovations across continents, imbues Niyo Group with over two decades of unparalleled financial leadership. Steve Gore crafts the narrative of growth through his strategic acumen in organic development and M&A. His expertise in fundraising spans from seed investments to equity finance, pairing businesses with the right investors. His strategic prowess and dedication to sustainability are the bedrock upon which our financial health and growth are built. 
  • Dami Folayan, Chief Sustainability Officer. Currently rounding up her PhD at the University of Cambridge, specialising in the sociology of education, decoloniality, and women's empowerment. Dami brings her illustrious academic background and deep-rooted commitment to sustainability, Dami Folayan offers a fresh perspective on organisational growth. Her role is crucial in aligning our initiatives with the Niyo Group’s core values: People, Purpose, Profit, and Planet, thus ensuring a future where our operations nurture sustainable development. 
  • Chinazor Kalu, Senior Programme Manager: Chinazor Kalu, has extensive experience in program management and technological integration and stands at the forefront of innovation at Niyo Group. A digital tech advocate for Stay-at-Home mums Chinazor is a pillar of support for many. Her strategic insights and user-centric approach will be pivotal in delivering revolutionary solutions across the realms of tech, education, and beauty.
